Our Peel & Stick Wallpaper is perfect for the style-conscious renters and indecisive pattern lovers. This removable wallpaper allows you to spruce up any space without the long-term commitment.

Measuring for Peel & Stick Wallpaper:

1. There are 3 lengths to choose from - pick the one that will cover the height of your space. For example, if your wall is 7 feet 2 inches, you will need the 96 inch length.
2. Measure the width of your space - keep in mind that you’ll overlap each sheet by 1/4 inch.

Note: Samples are 8in x 10in and are provided for material and print technique review, rather than for color matching purposes. Due to potential slight shifts in color between print runs, your wallpaper may vary slightly from sample coloring.

Please ensure that you order the correct amount as we cannot guarantee that rolls printed in different batches will be an exact match.

Due to the printed-to-order process of our wallpaper and the possibility of color variations between print runs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wallpaper orders.

Order Accuracy & Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, it is sent to production and likely cannot be changed or canceled.
• If you notice an error, reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed.

Once production is complete, your order will ship using the method selected at checkout. We offer a range of shipping speeds and carriers:

• UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days

Orders over $99 ship free via ground (carrier selected at our discretion).

Please note:

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
• Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
• Orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive on different days.
• Orders sent to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. If your package is in transit and you have questions or concerns, contact the shipping carrier directly. Once a package leaves our facility, we can't make changes or provide more shipping info.
  

Lost or Stolen Packages

Katie Kime is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

• Double-checking your shipping address
• Looking around your property and checking with neighbors
• Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

We're here to help with documentation if necessary, but unfortunately, we can't refund or replace orders once they're marked as delivered.

International Shipping

• Katie Kime ships worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight.
• Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
• In rare cases, customs delays may extend delivery to 10–20 business days.
• Due to customs fees and international shipping costs, free shipping is not available for international orders.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

• Most countries charge duties and taxes on imported goods. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may delay delivery.
• Katie Kime cannot refund or accommodate customs duties or import taxes.
• If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once the item is received back at our facility.
