Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Katie Kime is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

Looking around your property and checking with neighbors
Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

We're here to help with documentation if necessary, but unfortunately, we can't refund or replace orders once they're marked as delivered.

International Shipping

Katie Kime ships worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight.
Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
In rare cases, customs delays may extend delivery to 10–20 business days.
Due to customs fees and international shipping costs, free shipping is not available for international orders.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Most countries charge duties and taxes on imported goods. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may delay delivery.
Katie Kime cannot refund or accommodate customs duties or import taxes.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once the item is received back at our facility.
